Spain was not on my list to visit in the next five years, but when this trip was presented, I remembered a friend from another trip had raved about it, particularly about the tour guides and the food. Alison wasn’t wrong. Leanna and Alba are superb tour guides. When I go on a trip, I don’t like to have to think, and I didn’t have to think once on this trip. I just had to show up and enjoy the spectacular events that were planned for us. There was some time to be alone or wander with friends, just enough. Fine food, good friends, comfortable accommodations, engaging adventures, astonishing Mediterranean views and marvelous tour guides. What more could I ask?

What an amazing trip! This was our second time traveling with Alba and Leanna to Spain and it was even better than we remembered! Every activity was amazing, wonderful food, beautiful sights, and outstanding people. Can’t wait until our next trip with them!

This was an incredible experience. With Leanna and Alba, you are truly in the capable hands of two travel masters. They have curated an experience that is well-paced, with an interesting variety of experiences and activities. Each day felt enriching, invigorating and inspiring. The Spanish concept of sombremesa was the inspiration for this tour, and it felt as if the experiences were curated to guide us toward an increasing ability to be present, to savour, and to connect with the culture, one another and with a sense of wellbeing. This trip was AMAZING! The trip leaders Alba and Leanna are super knowledgeable about the hidden treasures of Valencia (as were all the local guides), are great company, and just good people. The follow travels were also a really fun bunch. I cannot recommend this trip enough. Do yourself a favor: book a date immediately. You won't regret it.

The tour Berlin Wondrously Reimagined was wonderful! Our guides, Leanna and Alba, are two good friends of each other and make the time spent with them feel like you too are among some of your best friends. As travelers that are pretty independent and don't need help getting to the main attractions of a destination, we love the tours we have done with Small Wonders because they find the offbeat and unusual places or activities that would be so hard to find on one’s own. Enjoying a classical music concert by world class musicians in an old train repair shop and having private dinners in one of the city’s hottest restaurants are typical things that most travelers would never get to enjoy. Each day had just one cool thing after another and we look forward to joining them again to explore new wonders!
